When you decide to switch between different MMP’s, the first thing you should consider is that the old data that you have in the platform will be deleted. And when you connect with the new MMP, we will be collecting the data from scratch.
By considering this, if you are willing to change your MMP, there are some steps that you should follow:
First of all, you need to remove the integration from your already existing MMP’s dashboard, so that we stop receiving events from the old MMP.
After you are done with this step, you can let us know, and we will be removing all the historical data related to the old MMP. We will be letting you know when this step is completed.
After you get an approval from the SearchAds.com team, you can integrate your new MMP by using the related Help Center Article here.
You’re set to go, we will be receiving events if there is no problem in the integration.
Last important thing to mention is: to be able to make goal based optimizations, you will need to wait a little bit for the MMP data to mature at least for 2 weeks.
