If you've recently added a new campaign group in SearchAds.com and are unable to see your data, there are specific steps you need to take to ensure that the latest data is visible. The platform requires a manual refresh to update the data set and incorporate the latest additions from your campaigns.

How to refresh your data set

Option 1: Update via the Integrations menu

1- Click on the “Integrations” button located at the top part of the side menu on the SearchAds.com dashboard.

2- After entering the integrations section, click on “Update Integration”. This action prompts the system to refresh and integrate any new data from your campaign groups.

3- Be patient, as the update process may take some time. The system will indicate once it has been completed.

Option 2: Update via Ads Manager

1- Go to the “Ads Manager” section under the “Campaign Groups” tab.

2- You’ll see a button to select that states your latest data update time. Under that button you will find the “call latest data” button for the data you wish to view.

3- This action will trigger the system to fetch and display the latest data corresponding to the new campaign group within the selected date range.

Additional tips

  • Regularly updating your integration and data range after adding new campaign groups or making significant changes ensures you can always access the most recent data.

  • Ensure that your internet connection and system settings are stable during the update process to avoid interruptions.

By following these steps, you should be able to effectively manage and view data for your new campaign groups, ensuring that all relevant information is accurately reflected on your dashboard.

If you encounter any issues after following these steps, reach out to SearchAds.com support for further assistance.
