Please note that the terms below are placed in sequential order.
No Integration:
This indicates that you have not completed any integration with an MMP yet.
Pending First Event:
This indicates that you have connected your MMP, and we are waiting to receive your first event after the integration. It may take up to 48 hours to receive the first event after the integration. If you still did not receive any event after 48 hours, the system will send you an email to inform you that there can be a problem with the integration.
There can be three reasons if you still see the Pending First Event status after 48 hrs passed from the first integration;
There is still no install or in-app event that occurred after the integration of this app.
The integration setup between the app and the MMP might be incorrect. Please contact us.
The integration setup between the MMP and SearchAds.com might be incorrect. Please contact us.
Create First Goal:
This indicates that we have successfully received the first event after the integration. In order to see your metrics on the Ads Manager page, please proceed to create your goal/s. For more information please check our post on How can I create Goals?
Successfully Integrated:
This indicates that, after receiving your first event/s and creating your first goal, your integration is now complete and you are now successfully integrated! You can now see your MMP related metrics on Ads Manager.
PS: After completing or failing to complete each integration status, you will receive an email from the system informing you about your status.
